1. B.Sc. Engineering (Electrical & Electronics/Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications) Degree from a government-recognized university or institution
2. MSc/MS/PhD/MBA degree holder
3. 25 years of working experience in the Telecom sector, including 10 years in administrative work
4. Candidates with experience or knowledge of submarine cable service are preferred.
