Eligibility: A final pass in other surveys from a recognized institution with an SSC or equivalent pass.

The following districts are exempt from application requirements: Patuakhali, Jamalpur, Narail, Madaripur, Sirajganj, Manikganj, Jhalkathi, Gopalganj, Madaripur, and Barisal. However, candidates from all districts who are physically challenged and live in orphanages will be given preference when it comes to applying.
Age Requirement: As of January 1, 2024, applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 30. The upper age restriction for candidates who are physically challenged and the children of deceased or wounded independence fighters is 32 years old. However, in the case of grandkids of courageous freedom fighters or freedom fighters who were martyred, the age range should be 18 to 30. The age restriction is lenient for departmental candidates.
